Sugar

Are we consuming too much sugar? In one year the average American consumes 100# of refined sugar! Sugar is hidden in so many of the processed foods we are eating. Some of the ways sugar can ruin your health is by suppressing your immune system, causing kidney damage, hyperactivity, anxiety, concentration difficulties and crankiness in our children. What about honey? Does it have the same negative effects as sugar?
